You will need to give me more details if I am to help you. Lets start with these:
What device are you using?
Where on your device are you storing the mod?
I only know how to upload files to the Internet through Dropbox, Which is available on all mobile devices and the computer, and that and media fire are the two mainly used websites for uploading files.
Download songs on any MP3 Downloader and then, Open up MCPE and Start your music in the App...
Easy
Well, yeah, that's the normal amateur way of doing it, but that's not a MOD (Modification) to qualify to be a mod, it must change a property of the game, such as adding music files, but not just playing them while you okay the game. Hope you understand what I'm saying here..

That still wouldn't be considered a mod.

If you have a dropbox app click the upload icon and go to the location of the mod in your files and upload it. Then you hold click the upside down arrow on the dropbox app next to your file and click create link. Then paste the link here in your post. Also yes! New mod!
Oh my gosh, I hate it when people do this.. BY MODIFYING THE GAME IN ANY WAY YOU ARE MAKING A MODIFICATION, that's what mod STANDS FOR, SO SAYING ITS ANYTHING ELSE IS DEFEATING THE PURPOSE, texture packs started being called texture packs so that they wouldn't get mixed up with more complicated mods, and also texture packs aren't meant to change the game unless they were made with a mod for that purpose. So my point is, just because something is retextured, you don't automatically need to label it as a texture pack, YOU SHOULDN'T LABEL SOMEONE ELSE'S WORK SOMETHING DIFFERENT EITHER, IT'S THEIR MOD/TEXTURE PACK LET THEM DECIDE!!! This has been a bother of mine for a while now, and maybe I can finally put it to rest here and now...

I said it wouldn't be considered as a mod. I don't care what he calls it.

That's just the thing; who doesn't consider it to be a mod? You, and who else? I'm sorry we are arguing about this, I just saw this as the perfect opportunity to voice the whole mod and texture pack debate.. No hard feelings?

Its all good man. A lot of people(including me) don't consider anything that doesn't change the code or gameplay, a mod(texture packs, sound effects, ect.). The reason I don't consider it a mod, is that if you considered a texture pack a mod or changing the way the game looks, just changing the settings would be making a mod. I'm sure people have a lot of other reasons also.

Well, changing a setting in the game that was put there by the developer isn't a mod because it was made by the game makers, but I agree with you that making something that changes only the look of the game can't be considered a mod, but if you were to combine that with a change in audio files, that would be a different story! In fact, that's what footerboy14 is trying to do in the first place here. He's not changing textures, and I don't think he's changing audio files, but he's actually ADDING audio files, at least that's what I BELIEVE he's doing... I honestly don't know, but if he is adding things and not replacing things, then this, in my opinion, should be considered a mod. I respect your opinion equally though.

It's an opinion Anyways, for the game to play music, it would have to recognize the music file. For example, the game might recognize zombiehurt.mp4 as a sound effect and play it when you hit a zombie. For it to play music at random times(or at all), it would have to recognize the file and have code to play it at random times. It would be pretty complicated and I doubt footerboy14 has the knowledge based on his previous posts(no offense).
