It's not a scam I'm jailbroken on my ipod 5g 6.1 and I used evasi0n and my friend is jailbroken with 6.1.3 and his iPhone 5 and he used evasi0n

Dude dont lie. Its fake. It's either an iPhone 4 iPhone 3GS or he got something to change the ios number in the about area of settings.

Lying wont get you anywhere in life, if you lie on an interview you might get hired but not know how to do your job. And people will find out in the future.
