Well you have to get mcpatcher then klick download then paste the mod that you want then go to patches then klick the mod that you want to patch then klick apply patches then go to the game and ur mod is installed perfectly
BTW you can get mcpatcher from this source:siris.myrepospace.com/
I hope you know now how to download mods
