stone sword= withers blade
gold sword = Skys' Blade
Iron sword = Holy Sword
Diamond= Master Blade

and can someone switch creatoves items to have these in place?

switch:

pink wool switched to Stone pikeaxe
stone sword instead of iron sword
steak in stead of cyan wool please

For the renames, you can do that yourself by editing en_US.lang in your APK/MinecraftPE.app and patching it as you would patch textures.
