You must give full permissions to the 3 folders.
How bizarre. Try a different file browser.
Where it says "Other" you need to check all the boxes.

I use the file manager built into cyanogen mod.
Look in the settings to enable root mode.
On es file explorer go to settings. Under other settings there's root settings. Go into there, check root explorer and check mount file system.
