Can someone PLEASE make the DayZ mod for MCPE? It should make zombies the only hostile mob in the game, but make them stronger, faster and they don't burn in daylight. They should also implement the blood mod so the zombies bleed out when they die. And make the weapons more like a zombie apocalypse weapons, where the bow is a gun, the wood sword is a baseball bat etc. I feel this mod would revolutionize the MCPE survival mode and the mod maker would get so much credit and fame for it. This is impossible. Modding means "unlocking" something that has already been coded in the game. Since MCPE runs in C++ and not Java, it is currently, IMPOSSIBLE
Stronger? Possible, Faster? possible, More HP? possible, invincible in sunlight? Possible, everything you stated is very possible, but if you want to make a server is rather it be a plugin, not a mod. I wish I knew the ways of the plugin.

Even unlocking a feature is a true MOD, its just how the mod is coded etc, to be honest, people really look down on plugins. A DayZ plugin would be much better.
Also, the only exception is modding via MobileSubstrate, it is not the Normal method of coding.

I agree, BUT the sprint mod is COMPLETELY different from a DayZ mod. I'll tell you the difference just in case. 1.The name (obviously) 2.Sprinting mod: run in the game DayZ mod: zombies are stronger, faster and don't burn in the sunlight. 3. The DayZ mod may be more of a PlugIn then a mod.

Also, I said "currently", who knows? Maybe one day MCPE will run on Java.
You think they have time to redo the entire code for pocket edition? plus, Java is for computer things. not for stuff like mobile games really. even if it was, mojang don't have enough time to recode a game just so you can mod it slightly.

Yeah, you will probably need a plugin, plugins are server wide.
