okay i would have to crop one part because im making the server on the computer and then playing on the iPod (ios simulator) if that is fine with you

nononono you have it wrong. When you make a app using the program im using. it will fully allow you to test every element of the app on the IOS simulator. The IOS simulator is a iphone on the computer and you use the mouse as your finger. So i can do everything on the computer. And i just add me pe name to the whitelist and when it is up and can just join it because im on the whitelist and its my wifi. Now the reason that i am trying to learn php is because i want to make server plugins and i want to be able to make a very very basic web control panel so that you can manage your server without having your ipod with you. So thats how i interpreted your question but if you need me to explain more im here
