It never IS on minecraft pe.apk. It is IN minecraft pe.apk. But yes, your correct that it is within MinecraftPE.apk, it is stored in the libminecraftpe.so file, which i have no idea of how to edit(maybe winrar on pc?) but i'm 20% sure its in this file.
