Lol Do u have jailbreak??? (Im guessing u dont) so Im really not pro, but most od the mods (the .mod file) u must patch (with cydia tool), but some mods are installable - .debs. Maybe u can install them somehow, bit it will be soooo hard and maybe it wont work (and if it will work, i domt know how it could be removed them....) so i recomend u jailbreak, cause its free and legit
