Can someone make a ign console plug-in/mod that does not run of pocket mine cause I dont have a laptop or computer and I am trying to make a server

I think there's already a plugin called SignConsole for PocketMine, but I think its impossible to make it a mod.

He could wait for the release of the server thingy, bilenmc is hosting... And ask him if he could make the plugin for iOs
