All you have to do is make sure everyone is connected to the same WiFi network. Then host the game on your computer or mobile, and devices connected to your WiFi will see the game. To setup a server with Pocket mine, use the instructions here. https://github.com/shoghicp/PocketMine-MP/wiki/Setting-up-a-Server

If people on your wifi are the only ones who are connecting, you do not have to mess with anything. If PocketMine is running on the same WiFi network as the devices you need to connect, they will automatically pick up the server without needing any network settings changed.

so your saying that if i just download pocketmine and run the server only people on my wifi can join or does it port forward.

What I am saying is, if you download and run PocketMine, only people on your WiFi can join. If you would like others outside of your WiFi to join, you must port forward.

and pocket mine doesnt do that or is it in the properties
Why is port forwarding such a big deal??? It doesn't effect your Internet as far as I know and isn't that supposed to be done manually anyway so no matter what you wouldn't have messed with the ports in the first place. So now what is the problem?
Because you may not want yous server to be disponible online. It's more secure this way. If you want it (and your router supports UPnP), you can enable the option easily
However i do not want to open ports or portforward or mess up my router or anything like that
I know that if i dont open ports only people on my wifi can join but thats what i want
I would like to use my PC but i do have a mac
Long story short
I want to make a server without doing anything to my wifi and yes i only want people on my wifi to join
FIRST TO GIVE A COMPLETE ANSWER GETS A SPECIAL REWARD
Thanks

Curse PremiumIf you really don't want it to auto-port forward, open server.properties and change upnp-forwarding to false.

Curse PremiumTo turn on auto portforwarding, you'll have to set that to true in the server.properties.
Possibly, because your wifi or your pressing the wrong button, I will try to figure it out, but it may be wrong.
You have iOS? It currently has only jailbreak for iOS.
You guys need to know who is BOS-s-s-s-s
Okay, so what you need to do is start Pocket Mine, and then make sure everyone on your wifi connects.
