No. Apple doesn't allow add ons for apps. It has to be an app by itself.





And it costs 99$/year to be a developer for apple.

Lol nope. Not possible even as a separate app. Due to sandboxing restrictions, apps cannot access the files/directories of other apps, therefore rendering this approach impossible.
