What you should have downloaded is a zip file that contains a folder you need. You will need an app to unzip it I use winzip. Its a free download off the googleplay store. Once you have that you want to unzip the folder to the directory games/mojang/minecraftworlds. This is for android. If you are using an apple product ie: ios I cant help you.
