This is pretty easy just follow the instructions.

Step 1:

Go to http://www.i-funbox.com/

Step 2:
Download it for your OS (it DOES support mac, just click around)

Step 3:
------------
Connect your device

Step 4:
------------
Close out itunes. (DON'T DELETE!!!!)

Step 5:
------------
Open ifunbox

Step 6:
--------------
Find "applications" and double click it

**You should now see the scripts**

Step 7:
-----------------
Go to Documents > com.mojang > minecraft worlds (I think, I will edit post in incorrect)

Step 8:
-----------------
You should see all the world folders. Drag the one you want onto your desktop.

Success! You have done it!

Well...
some people don't.
I know about 50 of em' and they told me to male thos post.

This is just uploading the map to your desktop:p try describing how to upload it on the forums.

After that:
Mac
-------
Click "compress" and then upload it to the side by clicking "attatch"

Windows
-----------
Create a new zip folder and drag the world folder into the zip folder and then attach it

iOS only
1. download iExplorer
2.Open itune with iOS
3 install iExplorer
4. Download Map
5.Open download from Map
6. Open Apps
7.Open Minecraft PE on iExplorer
8.Open Documents
9.Open games
10. Open com.mojang
11. Open Minecraft Worlds
12. Drag Map folder to iExplorer
13.Open Minecraft Pe on iOS
14. Look for Map and Enjoy
