Q: I don't know what to build what should I?
A: Build a map that you would download and play. Pretend that the map you're going make is a topic that you see on the forums. Would you stop and look at it? Or would you ignore it? then
Q: People don't ever download my maps how can I get them to?
A: A lot of this info will be in chapter 2 but here's one thing. Don't give up and try your hardest. Your first map might not be a hit, honestly not a lot of maps stay a while maybe here a week and they move on, but if you keep trying you'll make a perfect map.

Adding a spoiler to your map make you seem more professional like you know what your doing.
Here's how
Do this at the beginning of your spoiler but spell it correctly
[cpoiler] and at the end [/cpoiler]
Now you know how to add spoilers c=s
Section 3 Adding Photos
How to add photos
You NEED to add photos to add photos to your map without them NO ONE will download it.
Here's how
Go to imgur.com the select the upload button select the pictures then when its done find the bbc code, copy it and paste it here and now you have photos/pictures/pics/images you know whatever you call them.
Section 4 Uploading Maps
How to upload maps:
Go to either Dropbox.com or Mediafire.com and create an account (I'm pretty sure you don't need to verify your e-mail to upload files.)
Upload the file and copy the link. there are many ways to do it. Then, copy the link here and now people can download your map. Anything I forgot to cover leave it in the comments
Section 5 Starter Maps
These are some basic maps you can use to start a custom map but be sure to give that person credit. Please give me more maps I can add I don't have very many right now.
