Awww man I have no clue how to extract and download onto my iPad, rar type files like this. I was so excited to try. If there's a way to do that, WITHOUT JAILBREAK AND WITHOUT an attached computer--just with the iPad and regular apps alone (or emulator apps like iemulators.com) PLEASE LET ME know and I will try ASAP!
