But I will remove all the lava and replace with water....Wait I dont understand exactly what you want me to do? This map is already formated for MCPE, theres no lava on the surface so how can you possibly get your stuff burned? Everything looks good on MCedit anyway...

It is pc it has tall mountains if it doesn't maybe u downloaded wrong or u didn't change chunks entities and player data etc into mobile instead of root.plus thanks for helping I really wanted this map butnoone would port it

I won't lie, when I first saw this thread, I was quite skeptical...
Sure, there were screenshots, but I was still wary...
Porting from PC? Caves in PE?
Surely this sort of madness is impossible!
...but there was the download link staring me in the face... And three pages of posts, and nobody had screamed blasphemy...
What was the harm in trying?
So I loaded it up and played.
Found the island, and a few disappointing surface caves that led to nowhere special...
Dug to bedrock from the island... And struck lava? That's new...
Then it happened. On my way back up, I saw a strange hole I had missed.
So I explored.
And explored.
And explored... Hours later, I'm now somewhere in a series of tunnels and madness that has absolutely blown my mind.
And I've never been so excited on Pocket Edition!
So excited, that I felt it necessary to share my testimonial and appreciation for this epicry.
I don't know how you figured this out, but you've done us a hell of a service!
And please, please do provide us more great maps to explore on the go! =D
Oh, yeah... Found that weird cobblestone dungeon with the diamond blocks.
Perplexing as hell, but wicked awesome.
And Obsidian?! I didn't know that existed yet on here...
Your welcome guys, I got another download link with quite some ravines.
This is another map imported with quite a few ravines, and tons of caves along with 1 dungeon. No mineshafts in fear that if Lava made contact with one, it would destroy your world. This map terrain consist of a half and half forest and snow biome!
I agree with that Ryo guy. I dont really find much enjoyment with pocket edition so I went and bought the PC version. But since buying it I havent even had the chance to play it once. Like I loaded it with mods, tried it once but never really got to play it. Cause I simply dont have time. The tablet is sooooo much easier but to be honest MCPE was boring me. Like nights are not even scary cause I can kick the zambies asses! Mining sucked... just go down and then left or right and hope you dig into something, you could even dig straight down and nothing would happen.
Well, I downloaded your map Crazy and all I can say is wow. Its like litterly a whole new game man. The caves make a huge difference. I play on my tablet every chance I get now. hahah. I love searching through the caves. I already fell through a hole to a whole new expansion and started looking through there. I got gangbeat by zombies cause there isnt enough room to run away and attack properly...Oh the awesomness!!!!! I have soooooo much coal, iron and gold. No Diamonds yet! I really wish I had a chest or three.
I love playing games on my tablet, I dont really care to play on the computer in the middle of my living room. Thanks so much Crazy for giving me a far more fun MCPE to play!
So does it matter what maps i move over? Like I can just let a random map build on my PC and transfer it to my tablet and it will generate caves itself because it doesnt have certain blocks and because it already generates them? I dont need to use a convertion program? Or do I?
Im downloading any maps you put up here just to let you know though I just wish the world wasnt so smalll on the tablet (run into the blank walls) but hey with all these caves its MASSIVE.

Im really glad to see im not the only one who loves exploring caves on MCPE. Had my first experience myself when Im mining diagonally, I saw an iron block and was like finally. What I didn't realize was that there was a hole I dug out right infront of the iron hole leading to a cave. So as soon as I went directly toward the iron, I fell and started getting raped by zombies. It was a....scary experience. I quickly lit the place with torches and killed the 2 killing me from either side.
Also the process to port PC maps with caves is complicated. There is a program called MCedit that can do it, but its not exactly the "Just press 1 button and its converted" sort of thing if you know what im saying xP

The map you gave me can be used on MCPE in its current state because it looks just like MCPE worlds files.
