You would have to probably take your mcpe world file using iFile or iExplorer then insert the files into Minecraft. I don't know anything about this, it's just a guess.
The only for sure method I've used is to email the map to yourself, then download it onto your computer. Then open up MCEdit here: http://www.mcedit.net/
Open that up, and click "Load File". Navigate to your PE map, and open up the chunks.dat file. This will open up your map on MCEdit. Simply select your whole map and you'll get an option to create a new world with it. Say yes, and voila! You have a PE world on PC.

Minecraft PE Modder (sort of)
If I helped you, please press the up arrow button thingy in the bottom right hand corner of this post. Thanks.
I do this by selecting a PE world in PocketInvEditor, and then hitting edit terrain. Then you select the whole world, and then copy and export. This will make a schematics file that can be imported into MCEdit. This only works on Android, so if you have iOS, the above posts work just great also.
i tried this justnow, and I selected the whole map, it's in the "chunk control" tab, and when i go to create and save it, it says "Failed to start chunk generator ("pocket world" has no attribubes, random seed) i've been working on this map fo MONTHS and i no longer have an iphone to work on it, PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN!

The "Chunk Control" tab just allows you to add or delete chunks in the world you have opened up. Go to the "Select" tab on the far right, and use that. It's a little confusing at first, but just play around with it for a bit until you get used to it. Then open up the chunks.dat as I said before, and use the "Select" tool to highlight the map. This is where I was off in my instructions above. You'll have to click "Copy" on the left-hand side, then a box will appear in the upper-right of your screen. Hit save, and it will save the selected area as a .schematic file. Close MCEdit, and open it back up. This time, click "Create World". Make sure you select "Flat World". Once that's generated, use the "Import" tab on the bottom, and select the .schematic file you just made. Place it on the flat map, and click "Import". There you have it. I was a bit vague above, sorry about that. I hope this helps!
Yes, but it's mostly flat. If you place your PE build on a flatmap in MCEdit, then you'll have infinite flatland around you. If you place the PE build in the middle of random terrain, there will be infinite random terrain generated. The only problem with that is it's difficult to find a good spot for your PE build in a random terrain. XD

DUDE! you're a live saver! thank you so much! i've been looking everywhere on how to do this, great videos btw, I subscribed. you're awesome!
What about PC to PE? I'd love to have the whole Konoha on MCPE
This is very much possible, any blocks that arent avaliable on MCPE will be generated as a white wool block or an airblock or a weird dirtblock instead. Famous cave maps and adventure maps as well as survival maps have been ported successfully from PC to PE.

Is there any way to do this without mc edit or pocketinveditor?

Don't you mean "Update Game Block"?
