Does Anyone know if you have both pocket and regular can u like hook-up your device to your computer can your transfer worlds?

Not sure, i think so but the question is: is it anvil Format if it is then yes its a posibility.

As of current, many blocks are different in both versions, and the format of the map files are different to the Full Minecraft.
tl;dr, Nope

I doubt it. Minecraft PE worlds are still limited unlike the computer one.
