Introduction Hello Minecraft forums! Today I present you with my first post: ApocaBuckets ApocaBuckets is a mod that I made that brings back the old classic minecraft liquid physics. With this mod, you can easily create instant tsunamis or oceans just by placing water at the top of the world (not recommended) Requires

Description
ApocaBuckets is a mod that currently adds 7 new buckets to cause mayhem in minecraft. If you wanna have some fun surviving or just wanna wreck things then this is for you.
Items (+recipes)
Apocalyptic Bucket
The apocalyptic bucket is currently only used for crafting stuff, if you want to be like my avatar you can try wearing it as a hat but it would probably not work. Recipe:
Tsunami Bucket (aka classic bucket)
The tsunami bucket creates a water-like substance that moves faster, spreads infinitely, and can sometimes break blocks. If you place it on the ground it floods the area and creates a lake, if you place it in the sky then it would flood the entire world with a wave of water.
Recipe:

Void Bucket
Mask your world with darkness, darkness so dark it has the same properties as lava but spreads forever and can also flood areas.

Fire Bucket
It creates green fire that will spread forever.

BlackHole Bucket
Creates a BlackHole. Well actually it isnt black or a hole, its just something that sucks in other things and changes form. If it doesn't do anything thats cuz it slowly grows in pick-up radius so you have to wait 2 seconds.

none, and besides it would look a lot better in video
Toxic Bucket
Creates a flood of toxic water that kills players and turns everything else into zombies, useful for post-apocalyptic scenery.
Recipe:

just imagine a zombie-infested green tsunami
Frozen Bucket
A colder version of the tsunami that turns into ice, it freezes over the terrain and has a chance of turning blocks into packed ice.

just imagine tsunami thats mostly ice
White Paint Bucket
A bucket that turns blocks white. Every second it spreads to nearby blocks.

Purple Paint Bucket
A bucket that turns blocks purple. Every second it spreads to nearby blocks, then decays (fun to have a white and a purple paint block fight).
This is the coolest mod ever. This does kind of work online, but all the lava and water that floods the server isn't real, and only exists on your client. If you swim in this fake water or lava the server will think you're flying.
SMP support isn't possible though, unless you are developing a server-side mod.

Wait... So when your swimming in the fake water/lava does it still say your drowning

The bubbles will appear on your screen but you won't start drowning unless you're in an area that previously had water in it. The same goes for lava, you can swim around in the fake lava and not take any damage.

Okay... a bit strange but when I used apocabuckets it wouldn't find it with MCpatcher, so I just put it manually into the minecraft.jar. When I started minecraft I used a bucket, placed some water, and the water stayed as one blok. It didn't move or anything. SO I compressed it and tried with Mcpatcher and I got regular water. SO I switched to MCpatcher AND minecraft forge and got regular water. Help? (I am not very good at installing mods.)
