Invisiblocks started as a simple way to create floating torches and hanging ladders, a way to bind water in interesting patterns, and other visually interesting things you couldn't do before. But it's evolved into something much more. Since we first released it we've had lots of interest for other features. These features have all been created and added in the latest release. Invisiblocks is no longer simply about hanging ladders. Now it's much more.
You can now create hundreds of contraptions using all sorts of new invisible blocks. Some of which are much more than simply invisible vanilla blocks.

Never played 1.8, but this mod is great. There's a ton of useful invisible stuff to use. You can make some pretty cool stuff. I enjoy using it in my builds because you can do some pretty crazy stuff.
We are actually working on a mod right now that does this, bit isn't limited to invisible blocks. So sit tight and I'll send you a pm when we release it.
when I use the Glasses/Googles i get a bug. I start bugging up in the Air higher and higher and cant stop it. The Buff doesnt end so I hav to delete the hole World.
Edit: 1.0.5 still ok. Every other Version makes Problems.
It makes you fly higher in the air? That is the strangest thing I have ever heard because the mod has nothing to do with flight. Could it be that another mod you have installed is causing the issue? Try testing InvisiBlocks on its own and see if you still keep flying higher and higher.

It's a compatibility issue with a specific mods I believe. The same thing happened to me, with 120 mods installed. When I wore the goggles I got this weird potion effect and then started jittering up in the air randomly, even through ceiling blocks. With the mod by itself everything works fine. I'll have to find out what specific mod is causing this *bug* by testing my personal modpack.

Remove Biomes'o'Plenty mod and try again.
I took 120 mods and tested one by one..
When Biomes'O'Plenty was added, this weird effect is casted.
Sadly, you cannot edit BoP potion IDs and since Invisiblocks does not generate a config I'm not sure you can have both mods. For me it's too late, I have a server several months old and BoP is essential to it.
Welcome to a new world of unseen possiblities!

It happens because of a potion ID conflict. If you can change the potion id config of the other mod, you should do so.
is there a way to remove or edit the potions id?
