Disc 13 always spawns in the mob dungeons in my 1.18 world, I don't know why, but it happens very often, this may not be an issue to many of you since 1.18 is an older version, now you're probably playing on 1.19, but I sometimes play on 1.18, and on one world, disc 13 spawns a lot. I didn' took this as very much of an issue, but seeing how many of these discs I found, and already knowing the song (I don't believe in the Herobrine story) I just got creeped out, if you have answers, please reply to this thread.
