Hello, this is my new megabase that I have build out in a testing world. I'm going to start resource gathering soon. Any suggestions on what I should add/remove?
Im also going to post my progress on this thread. Stay tuned!

To supply the heavy demand of prismarine for my base, I'm going to need a god-like gaurdian farm. Anybody know any really good designs that I could use?
The design is looking really cool. I think it's already great but maybe it'd be nice to add some white blocks to compliment that blue color.
For your prismarine needs I can recommend KEN2000's Simplest guardian farm. It's the one I'm currently using. It doesn't take a lot of effort to build, and yet it outputs like crazy.
Edit: One SUPER important thing to keep in mind though is that all the water above the soul sand has to be source blocks. I didn't know this when I built mine and it was a pain to fix.

Hey! Thanks for your input! I will definitely think about this farm. Do you think that I should use iron blocks, quartz, bone blocks or white concrete. I'm currently experimenting with the different blocks. Iron blocks and quartz look the best to me.
Oh and I completely forgot to mention the farm I started with. Cortezerino's One hour guardian farm:
In the video he mentions that building it could actually take up to 2 hours, but in my personal experience you can get it done in well under an hour if you use invisibility potions to hide from the guardians.
Edit:
Can you post some more screenshots of your design? I'm really curious about those houses you fit into the tower.
Since you ask about other materials, I thought I chime in and say that concrete actually looks great. If you do a Google search for "Grian Hermitcraft 6" and select images you will see a lot of pics of a base made out of concrete and colored glass. It will give you an idea of how concrete looks when used on a huge project.
Your base is beautiful the way it is, but I personally am not a fan of prismarine, so I would never go to the trouble of collecting large amounts of it. But loads of people love prismarine and if you really like it, go for it! Your base needs to primarily reflect your artistic taste and please you, and the more work you put into it, the greater will be the sense of satisfaction when you're finished.
You still have this world? I want to make a mega base and when I search for ideas i found your base and I wanted to build in my world. Unfortunately you don't give many details so I am asking for the world or for some more informations
