Pixlriffs has a very nice vid on a blaze farm. I don't bother with it though as I just go to a place down the stairs from a blaze spawner and keep shooting with an infinity bow untill I get as much as I want. Generally going for rods though, not XP.
animal breeding (the meat from the slaughter can also be cooked)
mining ores (gotta melt the ores into ingots as well)
trading with villagers (random/wide-ranging requirements for emeralds...so probably more furnacework)
fishing (fish to cook)
These are all much slower than mob farms, and even among the different types of mob farms endermen farms are by far the fastest. That said, mob farms tend tie you down while you wait/do something for the xp to generate so you can't really go do anything else if you want xp. Most of these other sources can be utilized in such a way that your playtime can be kept productive (building, mining, tending to daily chores, etc), primarily because they all can tie back into furnaces.
I have an enderman farm, guardian farm (cubfan135 version) and the donut zombie pigman farm (ilmango).
Of those, the pigman farm is by far the fastest xp wise for repairing tools and armor. It usually only takes about 5-10 minutes to repair everything, even when I have multiple tools and elytra to repair. You also get gold and rotten flesh out of the pigman farm in addition to the xp.
The pigman farm will be interesting to see if it changes in 1.16 so if you are looking for a long term farm, then guardian may be the way to go. It is a lot of work if you want to drain an ocean monument though.
If you ask in absolute terms, ender dragon glitch farm is the best... but it has a tendency to break often as it requires you to continue entering and leaving the area which loads and unloads the dragon as it's dying...
A gold farm much like ilmango's is probably the best considering how quickly it can be put together (mine took a couple days or so, likely 6-8 hours tops) but it isn't exactly cheap. There is of course the possibility that 1.16 won't break that farm, but in either case, if you don't update right away (I still play on 1.12) it would be a good choice (because you also get lots of gold). Guardian XP farm is also incredibly efficient, but it takes a lot more time to build (mine took several months compared to days for the gold farm).
Large scale farms like these and an enderman farm are your best bet when it comes to XP. Anything from a spawner (i.e. blaze farm) just isn't going to provide the same rate of XP that these farms will. However, if you do find a dual-blaze spawner, then you could potentially rival the large-scale farms. But only in that case - with the gold farm, I get 100 levels in 15 minutes, which is tough to beat.

LP series? Not my style! Video series? Closer, but not quite. Survival journal, maybe? That's better. Now published is the Season 3 FINALE of the Legends of Quintropolis Journal (<< click to view)!! World download and more can be found there.
This may not be the answer you are looking for but the best way to get XP is through normal gameplay; I average over 5000 XP per play session while caving (I gained more than a million XP over about 200 sessions in a recent world) and have never needed any extra XP once I have enchanted all of my gear, much of the XP for which comes from mining quartz (which will be more attractive in 1.16, otherwise, I use the quartz I get for building my main base); afterwards I only need XP for repairs, which is easily covered though normal use (at the least, using armor and weapons should always give enough XP to maintain them regardless of how you play).
Ive tried enderman farm which is working nicely.
But what are the other choices that i can build in my world??

Outside of mob farms, xp sources include:
cooking stuff in furnaces (wood, kelp, etc)
animal breeding (the meat from the slaughter can also be cooked)
mining ores (gotta melt the ores into ingots as well)
trading with villagers (random/wide-ranging requirements for emeralds...so probably more furnacework)
fishing (fish to cook)

Lots of these can be combined, too.

I dont think gold/xp farms is going to change because there will be same spawning mechanics but with piglins right??
I need a advise to find an ocean monument without cheats or external tools.
Should i make a Fortress mob farm??
It is going to take a while but it will be worth it
Im going to use ilmango's design with the ghasts even though ghasts are so scary and hard to get in minecart
For clearing a monument, Pixlriffs has a great vid on it . I believe it was in version 1.13 but still very applicable.
I just stand ner tne spawner and kill blazes with an Infinity bow. I am thinking on how to farm wither skellies though for a source of skulls.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
If you have built a good enderman farm then it should be the best one.
