I have a annoying problem in my single player survival world.
I just created my first bubble elevator, but often after using it my game has a big lag. Meaning I can run around, even take damage, but when I break a block it won't drop, I can't sleep, damage any mob etc.
This may or may not go away after 1-2 minutes, if it doesn't go away I have to force Minecraft to quit, because saving the game makes it getting stuck in the "saving your world screen".
After restarting minecraft my progress of the ~10 minutes before is gone.
I realised if I save the game before I use the bubble elevator the game won't lag like that (most of the time), but that kinda destroys the function of it, being a fast way to travel upwards.
By the way it doesn't matter if the bubble elevator is 70 blocks long or just 15, both do the same.
I play on Minecraft Java 1.14.4 with only optyfine installed.
So obviously my questions are: Why is it like that? And more importantly can I fix that?
You could try changing the particles setting in the game to something else, but of course, that affects everything ...
Yes but to mess the server part this way is probably less a CPU and video card issue and more a memory or disk issue. Like the PC isn't syncing to disk the world because it's garbaging like a devil.

If you have another question, feel free to ask!
I hope someone can help me:)

Probably is a pc-performance issue. Post your specs.

Mintutor now works in 1.13!
MrKite & Mc_Etlam ... I salute you!

Try Putting your settings on the lowest possible I suggest you put the minimap levels to 1 and the Vbos off
