Well I moved from my old house to the jungle where I'm building a castle, and I might move again because the jungle is very, very annoying. I found around 7 diamonds mining in a cave I found though ^.^
And can you give me tips on how to build like that?(OP)
StrongHolm II - My second attempt at a renovation of a stronghold is coming along nicely. Upstairs from the End portal is the passage way. in which I re-instated the cells I took down for a coat/(armory)/cloak room leading onto the main living room. I have a nice new wooden floor in said living room and have a basic potato/carrot and watermelon farm going. I also explored an area I only peeked into before because of lack of torches and to my surprise found there was also an abandoned mine. Good amount of goodies - gold, iron, coal, some emerald, 2x dungeons. I died a few times and lost my stuff but have regain some new treasures having been back there several times now.
World#2 (Main world, begun in Alpha, pre-Halloween update.)
Been busy as I continue to re-generate things on my old Alpha world. I have finally, finished the church to how I want it. Started changing things in 2011, making the interior nicer, changing the horrid cobblestone walls to birch planks etc, but there's one thing that has been a constant bane - the cross. After finding 48 gold in a chest I had apparently been hoarding, I made 5 gold blocks and found I only had 5 more blocks left to complete the golden cross. (Have nicked some gold blocks from the detailing in the rear lounge floor.) After scaffolding myself up I finally finished the giant cross on the single tower. I also changed the entire cobblestone wall around the church to nice stonebrick and am currently re-doing the stairs up to the church. At the moment because of the steps down to the underwater tunnel (Under the bridge leading to the church)., I now have paths either side of the central stairs down that lead back to the bridge. (not shown in this picture:
Said rear lounge now has a nice plain light grey wool floor, replacing the sand floor decorated with a sandstone criss-cross pattern which had gold blocks in the junctions. The walls are clay and in my painterly texture pack, show as a reddy-brown color. So the light grey floor is a throw-back nod to the original default blue-grey colour of clay. I also found my Iron Golem IS alive! He didn't despawn he was under water! So I helped him out - after a fashion.
Perhaps the biggest thing I've been doing on this world (for a while) is relocating the minecart system. Before the minecart tracks went across the water along side the bridge on wooden planks of the surface of the water. After the biomes shifted, the ocean to the right froze over and I now had a snowy region in that direction. Can't get out by bot that way. The only way out by boat, was the other way which was blocked off by the rail cart system on the surface.
Before:
The solution was to create a glass tunnel under the bridge, eventually also having the rest of the surface rail carts by the church and on ward also underground. Slowly I have been digging underwater, trying to block off the water with dirt to start with. eventually to be replaced by glass. It's been a really slow on/off process, but tonight I really attacked it. I finished the side dirt walls underwater and finally tunneled right across to the other side. The tedious bit wasn't digging, but draining the water. I also started adding the glass tonight,

I can't wait to finish phase #1 now, the views of my home from under the water are really nice!

Killing enemies with a sword is a fastway of handling business in mindcraft, its smooth and simple since most potions have equal value in the battlefield.
First pic is what my spawn looked like. The second is my current base, I built it in a hill just for old times sake. Third is where I plan on building a base or village once I'm up to a version with beds in it. Since I joined in 1.6.6 beta there's a lot of stuff that I never knew before. Like being able to make stone slabs out of cobblestone, not being able to use f2 to take screenshots and entire worlds covered in snow...
It also has some of the old things I miss like animals respawning and not regenerating health.
Mostly been working on a long wood bridge, but am seriously considering abandoning the project. Otherwise I've been harvesting resources at my base-of-operations and re-exploring some early mines and caverns to gather ores I neglected during my initial visits.
Went AFK in the nether to let some lava I blocked off update and run out. I dug into a netherrack wall and placed two layers of cobble where I entered. When I returned, Ghast had blown up a huge part of the wall I was AFK'ing in (and I was dead). When did Ghast start seeing through netherrack?
Finally discovered that you can switch a track via redstone. So I built a long (more than one stack of redstone) wire from my home base to the switch. Now I can choose whether I'm going to The End or my tree farm.
Also hid the exposed redstone at the main station, changed the cobblestone to stone brick at my main entrance, and built a very rudimentary cactus farm.
Marked the path from one nether fortress to another with cobblestone, so I have a larger area to search for wither skeletons. Will probably have to add another path to a third nether fortress. WIll eventually prettify the path. Right now, it's just cobblestone on top of the netherack.

16yrs+ only
I found an NPC village, burned down all the houses and killed all the villagers.
It was very fun.
I have a topic for the project, you can find it here.

I ended up skipping the first part because I couldn't get the indev world to convert to alpha correctly.
