good morning everyone, i have been doing the northmen challenge and the orc challenge, however i have restartitis common in mmo's, so i have started both these challenges about 3 times and this last one for northmen i have gotten to stage 3, and only have the road to the docks left, AAANYWAY, if you guys (and girls ) would like to see some screenshots of what i have done and my progress please let me know
I dont know of too many that have done those challenges and posted screenshots. would be nice to see!
Would anyone like to make a drow city with me on the server? Also I was thinking about some new races the wizard Phoenix and dragon races. I hope you will consider them
Guys, I'm gonna make a new banner, hopefully this one might look a bit better and be more FCB-y. If anyone is gonna post pictures that are at least moderately high qualtiy, could they somehow send a download link to me so I could put it in the banner? You won't really be credited, but it's for the common good (I hope). So yeah, please do!
Chopchop, as the writer of the drow challenge, I might help you every now and then. Right now though, I'm going to see if I can't do anything for the angels. Hopefully I can make a nice little airship they can use for the airport.
here it is episode 14 of my fantasy city build series sorry this episode is a bit long but I promise it is eventful finished off the castle in this episode, now I just gotta finish off the rest of the royal city requirements and I'm done enjoy

Ah, right now Ghost does have an airship design, I think, so we may want your help with the castle... We are currently constructing the islands for the Sky Kingdom, and it will be one rather large island to have the castle on it, and then a bunch more smaller islands to surround it.

Yeah, I know you do, but I'm going to see if I can make one that is much more aesthetically pleasing, at least to me. Perhaps it will be offered as a gift from the gnomes. I will help with anything else if you really need it though.
As awaited, sorry i didnt have the patience to learn spoilers

Angels are bright, though the brightest fell. Though all things foul would wear the brows of grace; Still grace must look so.
And by the way; Who is John Galt?
sorry for the double post preview is bugged... anyway i wanted to give captions of the pictures, here they are ordered 1-15
1. A view of the rear of the village taken from the center, giving a view of the animal pens and wheat farm with a low-cut picture of the cave exit.
2. A view of the whole village from a small hill during the very first blizzard of no-name!
3. The Combat Training Area designed to teach soldiers siege defense and offense, maneuvering on rough ground and advantage/disadvantage all in 1 simulator
4. an overhead view (on a mountain, not creative) of the dock boathouse and the horrible ship. (i cannot build a ship to save my life)
5. an overhead view of the village after the Blizzard (again, mountain)
6. a view from the pagoda on the chiefs hall, it will be explained later due to ordering.
7. a view of the pagoda's interior
8. the underground icy dungeon, apparently there was a water patch underneath, i went with it.
9. An interior view of the chiefs hall, cramped and the floor is temporary, but better than the other houses.
10. finally the exterior, i went with an extended sides view of the the basic house and i had no idea what to do for the second floor, so, gazebo/pagoda thingy
11. a close up of the entrance because it had a glare from the lamp not shown in the pics
12. an interior to the basic hut, the first one built in the village and the one used as my base of operations, which means storage and sleep.
13. an exterior view of the hut with its use of slabs for a rounded top , spruce logs for a strong base, and stairs for a rounded entrance, overall the oddball of minecraft, the ball...
14. a view of the village after the blizzard, or before i dont remember, including the sugar cane farm.
15. a view of the unfinished road due to lack of gravel, it is a long road about 200-400 blocks so since it is the last step, it will NOT stop me from proceeding to stage 4, regardless its to the docks btw
And now i will be honest i cheated for some things, first off, the spruce, it is an xbox map, so its 831x831 blocks, and the 31's being water or ice. this is a special seed with absolutely 100% Snow biome, and its a glacier not a spruce forest, so i went in creative and gave myself a look for a nice spot and put some bonemealed spruce saplings.
Next, the item frames and whats in them, i went into creative to do this because i was too lazy to farm cows, not enough to grow, and id have 2 stacks of beef before enough leather for item frames, and the golden swords and glass bottle and everything were creative produced, HOWEVER they are entirely for design purposes and i would not use them for any gameplay enchancing purposes, like gold swords, i got 2 stacks of iron what am i gonna use gold for...the water bottle, seriously, these just mark the future places marked for the war room or the future enchanters workplace or brewers place, or blacksmiths or whatever, i also used cheaper things like bottle of enchanting rather than a table itself or a bottle instead of the brewing stand, and the gold not diamonds, i could go on and on, but anyway, number 3- the armor, i liked a mix of full chain with an iron breastplate so i gave myself the chain because i had iron anyway, i loved the look for a tribal warrior
Chopchop, you know that you can copy the saves file in your minecraft folder and email it to yourself, then download it on your new computer and put the files in the saves folder in the new computer, and then you have all your worlds? If this wasn't clear enough, I'm sure there are tutorials about it, and once you have them downloaded on a different computer, it's just like getting an adventure map. I really hope you could continue doing the challenges you are doing now!
I dont know of too many that have done those challenges and posted screenshots. would be nice to see!
problem being im on the 360, i cant take "screenshots" only pics with my phone, ill still post pics if you dont mind the poor quality
Up to you if you want, No one here will mind i believe.
