Lots of changes apparent. The Keep has been re-designed, and will be most likely transformed into a barracks.
The wall is a lot bigger now and feels much more castle-like.
Overall, it's beggining to feel very civilized.
Here are the pics!
Here's the gaurd tower -
And on the other side, the entrance to the keep.
The Spawn Room/Age Column is in the building to the left, old keep/barracks to the right.

Requirements - And the IRON AGE!
Finally - can mine and make some decent tools and armor.
Question for you SteelFeathers - if you find diamonds and obsidian, are enchanting tables ok?
Still slaving away at the Stone Age. The main wall isn't up (the only thing left but I need to clear a few mountains down) but everything else is done. Here's a glance at my castle. It took a ton of dirt scaffolding and stuff to get right. Oh, and waiting for the grass to grow up dirt stairs. That took forever in itself.
Not copying BLAMM!'s idea for the rooftop courtyard. That's been planned for weeks. Oh, and my spawn is underneath trees in the rooftop courtyard (the big one). Its sheltered from the elements due to leaves and trees. I hope that is okay.
HOLY ****. That is spectacular beyond words. Kudos.

Only if you are on the stage where you can use diamond tools.

Thanks. I can't wait until the walls are built. So far, only the main gate/entrance has been built. Still demolishing mountaines though...I ended up with 3 double chests of cobblestone, converted it to stone bricks but now I need to get rid of those for the next batch.
sticking to a fairly strict ruleset, are we allowed to use materials from a village or abandoned mineshaft right off in the wood age?
i found some iron stuff in the village as i was looking around the new map, and theres an abandoned mine right next to the spawn. think ill use that for the mine you want built. oh, and do i have to build walls next to the water if two sides of the planned area are water?

It's your game, mend the rules to your liking.
