I'd say Zombies. In hordes, they can kill you easily if they take you by surprise. They can steal your armor and use it against you. They'd infect villagers who could potentially have great trades. The Rotten Zombie Flesh drops are virtually useless.
Endermen are easy to beat if you have a wall nearby and make a 2x1 doorway, Creepers are cuddly, Zombies can be heard from miles away, just walk in circles around Skeletons and they won't hit you, Spiders are buddy-buddy during the day, I never find Cave Spiders, and the Ender Dragon just takes a long time. The thing that I hate most is: Underground, you place a torch. The dirt moves and screeches. You do a barrel roll to realize the monstrosity you avoided was a bat. Your fantastic performance of acrobatics was but for nigh, for it led you to your demise. Falling into the the fiery demon that is lava.
For me it's skeletons they are evil, especially with the new snapshots. I also hate pigs, they are useless now that cows and chickens drop food, (and there a pain to sort out because they are only 1 block high
I hate Ghasts and Baby Zombies. I hate the Baby Zombies since they don't burn and there faster while I hate the Ghast because it's a little harder to hit there fireball back at them and they seem to appear just about anywhere in the Nether area of my world
The Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything.
On a portal gun.

I have a couple.
Skeletons are like machine guns and snipers
Creepers are a pain in the ###
Ghasts blowing up portals
Zombie Pigmen and their big-### hordes. (Baby ones suck even more)
Endermen be stealing your blocks.
Blazes are rapid fire launchers (get it lol)
Enderdragons pushing you out of the end and they follow you.
Wither is just too OP.
Ghasts. For some reason they don't seem to render at distance, so when you're building a very long bridge and you hear a ghast, you are terrified. It could shoot at any time from anywhere and all you can do is run and watch your bridge getting destroyed.
