It really depends on what I'm doing. The only two slots that don't change (much) are 1 and 9
1. Always a sword
2. Most of the time a pickaxe
3. Torches when mining
4. Cobble stone if building or mining
5. Water bucket if mining
9. Always blank so that I can see my hand. (I don't like walking around in minecraft with stuff in my hands. Anyone else like that?)
I have a Bit of OCD but I always screw up when It comes to the hotbar... I can never organize it! But here goes...
1-4 = basic tools (Pickaxe,Shovel,Sword,Axe)
5: A bow
7: A bucket
8: Cobble/Dirt for building handy bridges in those darn ravines!
9: A Clock
Message me yours if you want to trade in Animal Crossing: New Leaf or just need some friends to play with. I can also do Pokemon trades in Pokemon X(or Y), but I don't have any good stuff, and the only good stuff I have is not for trade so...send me requests anyway.
Quote of the Day:"It's Occam's Shuriken: when the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas."
8. Healing potion of some kind (can never be too safe)
That's my inventory when exploring/mining. When I build 4-9 are my building materials, 1-3 stay the same.
Oh, and in answer to the poll. I usually use both the wheel and number. When I'm mining I find myself hitting 2 or 3 for torches or shovel. But when I'm building I always use the mouse wheel to select the items.
This signature has absolutely no point at all. And then it has a point to inform you that it has no point, but it has no point because it really doesn't have a point, but it has a point because it tells you it has no point... and ah, screw this.
