So, I have found the base that I want. It is in a ocean/larger lake thing. And it is on the side of a mountain. the entrance is under the water and it is redstone. The walls will probably be stone. But, can someone tell me a good thing to go with stone for completely inside.
Its kind of a moot question, because what "goes with stone" is like any kind of aesthetic consideration - its down to you really, so I'd go into a creative world, lay down some stone blocks and try diff block types yourself (using only blocks you have readily avaialble in your main world) and see what catches your eye ...

A combination of stone, cobblestone, and stone bricks (including mossy and cracked stone bricks) would blend well.
You'd probably want some other details which would stand out.
Cobblestone pillars (fencing.) Wood "reinforcement" like a mineshaft. And so on.
