Only found a long way offshore, large enough to feed you for months. You could also make a house inside the dead carcass once you've finished eating it.
I don't really understand the question. But yes, flying on a giant bat would be pretty awesome. And I also agree with the hostile water mob suggestions. Minecraft definitely needs some.
i like the giant mob idea, maybe not something you could eat and live in but something more challenging to takedown, yet not a boss and more common too, i say trolls (i know there not an animal so to speak but still). they should be 4 blocks tall and have as much health as the player if they had leather leggings on. Cool, no?
Ok lets see...
A Knight!
it could protect you and it would spawn in a castle thats generated
and youd have to kill a evil king to get them on your side!
I would like to see the giant added. (A mob only usable through mods.)
A horse, to ride on. (Has to be tamed, or it will buck and run anywhere and be uncontrollable.) They could be tamed with wheat.
Birds, for the feathers.
A creature that resembles an endermen in height, but runs at the player to do damage.
And cross overs. Creeper riding a spider. Undead spider. (zombie spider)etc. creeper golem.
Personally I'd like to see more variants on the hostile mobs we already have. For example, the cave spiders are a great addition, though it would be neat if there were different AI and different styles to spiders everywhere. For example, forest spiders which climb on trees jump on you, while desert spiders might hide in low areas and jump at you. Another mechanic recently added is how silverfish can hide "inside" blocks so spiders in deserts could "bury" themselves under sand.
Another thing is skeletons. I always wished skeletons would be more of... Dead armies than stray archers. There could be skeleton commanders who would spawn surrounded by skeleton swordsmen dressed in their leftover patchwork armor. Or perhaps this would be left to specific "ancient burial grounds" or battle fields. If not that, then just varied skeletons like swordsmen or axemen (if axes will ever be considered a weapon).
Zombies have recently been improved to drop somewhat random items, maybe if there were also zombie miners or zombie lumberjacks and such... A little bit more specific.
Creepers are fine I suppose, maybe biome camouflage?
how about some sharks for the ocean, but they should also add an item that makes you move faster in water, so you can fight the sharks easier. maybe even an armor enchantment? and of course, a passive flying mob. the skies are just too plane.

You mean like an Enderman?
and we definitely need more mobs that could populate the skies and oceans.
I really want to see schools of fish and birds.
flying on a giant?? really!?!?

I'm also known as TANNAR in some places.

If so, click that pretty little arrow right over there.
