Wait...You mentioned « 1.3.2 » in the title of this thread. Are you talking about PCMC 1.3.2, a version of Minecraft that has come out in 2012 and is outdated as of now?
If so, the villagers cannot pick up any crops. They do so from 1.8 on.
Just figured out that when I'd turn 8 years old, the 23th of November 2011, my parents could have offered me Minecraft as a birthday gift. Sigh...
Fun but frustrating platformer. Saves me of boredom when I don't feel like playing Minecraft. Knowledge of 8-bit old-school videogames is optional tho'.
Also, if you have just one farmer, it may happen he will fill his inventory and get stuck in desire to throw food at someone else. Give him some company, preferably another farmer.
In which Minecraft version/device are you playing?
If this is Java Edition 1.3.2, all of the above won’t work. This is a version from 2012. (BTW, you didn’t answer the question I asked you on my previous post did you?) Farmers weren’t added until 1.8.
If this is Bedrock Edition, then try all what people suggested you.

I think the guy lost one '1' and meant 1.13.2, not 1.3.2.
Okay, that may be a reasonable explanation.
@OP: please change the title so that it reads “1.13.2” so it doesn’t seem misleading to people.

my villager breeder is not work, the villagers not collect the carrots in the farmlands and drops for players what's happen ?
Only farmers will farm, browncoat villagers without aprons.
And they will only farm if they are either inside a village or far enough away from one.
Also they can't farm if Mob Griefing is turned off.
Just testing.

Words of Warning: - You need a software (Clickteam Fusion 2) to run this game.
- The game will probably crash a lot.
- You will rage so much.
- This game is too easy for me. \_(^_^)_/
you need a farmer, sometimes they can be rare. just manually feed them food until a farmer pops.
Also, if you have just one farmer, it may happen he will fill his inventory and get stuck in desire to throw food at someone else. Give him some company, preferably another farmer.
