Hey, I'm playing on my own server atm and we're trying to set up a 5 spawner mob grinder using silktouch pickaxes (plugin), and I dont know what layout for such a grinder would be efficient but resource friendly? I have around a full chest with stacks of cobblestone so hmu if you guys know a design, tried googling some and doing some on my own with world edit but all of them just seem to get mobs stuck at the elevator part

The easiest way is to just stack the spawners on top of one another a block or 2 apart. As mobs spawn they will fall immediately into the collection basin so the spawners will immediately be free to spawn next cycle. If your issue is mobs clogging the elevator then it would be helpful to know which mobs you are trying to grind out together (spiders could easily clog a skeleton elevator). Is this 1.13 or a lower version or...? Since the elevator is your issue I would suggest using a wider elevator (if your elevator is 1x1 then a 2x1 or 2x2 may fix your issue) and/or replacing the cobblestone blocks that make up the 'corners' leading to the elevator (this is almost certainly where they get stuck) with cobblestone walls which will make the transition from chamber to elevator smoother and easier for mobs to enter at the same time.
If you happen to be trying to use a version 1.12 design in 1.13 the water mechanics have changed which affects water elevators so you would need to find a version 1.13 specific design for at least the elevator.

Glad to hear it. As Hex said, water physics changed in 1.13 but since you're working now you can figure that all out when you update. Happy grinding.
