Hello, i used a slime finder (http://chunkbase.com/apps/slime-finder) in order to find a slime chunk. I then digged down from the chunk to level 12. I cleared the whole area, but there is not a single slime spawning.
I don't know what version you are running but I'm finding mapping software isn't all that reliable with 1.13. I went to a location marked as an Ocean Temple and there was nothing there. Sadly its possible you are in the wrong chunk. There may be another explanation of course but nothing really springs to mind.

I just helped someone troubleshoot a similar issue, the tool you are using to identify the slime chunks is the same he used and appears to be an accurate way to locate the chunk. The problem is that slime farms work with natural mob spawns so locating a chunks isn't enough to farm slime, you need to spawn-proof everything within a 128 block radius of where you afk that isn't somewhere you want slime to spawn. If you do not spawn-proof all the surrounding caves and areas the slime farm will never be very effective. I also see you are building this on a multiplayer server- that's not good news. Due to the shared mob cap and spawning rules of SMP pretty much anyone else being online is going to either disable or significantly reduce the output of your farm from the moment they log on. SMP is not a good place to use natural-spawn mob farms for this reason and if the other player who is online is at a grinder it is unlikely your farm will produce any mobs.

Thanks for the info, you got any good methods to spawn proof in a 128 radius?

Covering the surface and any surrounding caves with torches til the light level is high enough that nothing can spawn would be the quickest and easiest method. Without gamemode 3 finding all of the caves can be challenging but the more you light up the easier it will be to hear random mobs spawning in undiscovered chambers. The biggest problem would be if any of this 128 radius area around the afk point reaches into ocean since spawn-proofing for drowned means illuminating the entire volume of the water to light level 8 or higher- that would require a 3D grid of glowstone or similar block.

Figure out a reasonable grid to map out the square of chunks that contain the spawn radius. I use a 16-block grid offset by half a chunk (each point on the grid is basically in the center of each chunk), but you can probably safely space this out to 32 blocks (every 2 chunks) between or even longer. At each point on said grid, dig a shaft straight down; you will a)find a cave, b)find lava, or c)reach bedrock. As you find a cave, spend some time spawnproofing the nearby areas; a good 20-30 minutes should be enough to spawnproof a big enough area that you're already overlapping the next grid point (or 3) without running too far down the complex rabbit holes of sprawling cave networks (thereby getting lost). When you're done with that section of cave, go back to your shaft to continue drilling downwards or head back up to start on the next shaft. Every 2 shafts would be around 1.5 to 2 stacks of blocks mined, depending on how high the surface was located and a whole spawn radius area would probably be around 20 stacks.

Im currently running on 1.13.2
Try getting another mapping software installed and see if that shows the slime chunk in the same location. I use Amidst from time to time.
