As you can see, ive put a lot of effort into my survival base already but its coming up pretty lacking in what it has to offer me.
I'm looking for ideas on like, redstone automation farms and possibly a mob spawner exp grinder made into my base as i have a mob spawner very close. i have a few more pictures ill put in post within the post.
Things I want but have no idea on how to put in or even really make:
Potion room with creation/automation mechanisms.
Automated farms for sugarcane, mushrooms, wheat possibly, and maybe cactus.
Exp grinder(if distance permits)
Secret exits ( i already have one planned but i have no idea how to execute a 4x4 block sticky piston door)

Tutorials for most of these (several versions of each) should be readily availble by searching; links in the followinga are just ones I had flagged as interesting and not necessarily the best fit for your style…
Potion room with creation/automation mechanisms.
The main options here are whether you want a single machine that can brew multiple (potentially all) types, or several machines each dedicated to a single potion type (often with options for extended/enhanced/splash/lingering versions).
(Both designs good through 1.12 and believed working in 1.13)
Exp grinder(if distance permits)
From the last picture it looks like the [skeleton?] spawner is >16 blocks from your base, but you should be able to expand your base into the spawner activation volume.
Secret exits ( i already have one planned but i have no idea how to execute a 4x4 block sticky piston door)
This may be hard to make work as a secret door due to teh size of the redstone, but 4x4 piston door designs are available, you might start with rf95Fn0NuVo

Auto farming cactus is trivial, cane nearly so: the main variable is the size of the farm. Do some searching and build to suit your needs.
Autofarming small mushrooms is prevention of spreading if there are 5 or more in a 9x9x3h volime make this inefficient enough farming generally focuses on the giant variety (usually as semi-automativ or manual farms)
Fully automatic wheat (or carrot/potato/beet) framing requires 'villager-tech' [using villagers to replant], with wheat/beet farming being the most difficult due to the need to pick-up the wheat/beets before the villager and to resuplly the villager with seed.
For wheat/beets:
ZM3RLW-dTIw is one of the less complicated designs [You can ignore much of the aesthetic parts of the tutorials as you choose…]
For carrots & potatoes various designs developed from Unarybit's 1.8 farm are most common. This is fairly short and efficient q1DhXJho2cY
Some things you've not mentioned are:
A storage system / item sorter,
An autofishing sation (AKA an AFK fishing farm) [good to build near the spawner if you also intend to run it in auto kill mode for the drops in addition to the player-kill-Xp mode].

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.

heres a few more shots
a couple more and this is how close a mob spawner is to a main part of my base
