I tried to kill Enderman with wooden sword.

Trying to survive from a cliff jump into water, didnt know 1 block deep water will not prevent you from falling damage.

In 1.00, venturing too an NPC village with no food... So Hunger. In my Alpha version, creeper..

It was night time and i had iron armor. i went outside to kill some enemies. I walked to a spider jokey and killed it and then i saw i zombie up a hill. I decided to kill it. When i killed it.....SSSSSsssssSSSSSsssss BOOOM! a creeper just sneaked up on me! I didnt even see it coming!

My friend messed around on mcedit, and made a massive amount of TNT appear, it was touching lava, so when i initiated the game it just lagged like crazy and then i died.
also i fell of a max height lighthouse, because i lit myself on fire and tried to jump into the 1 deep water

I got killed on a pvp server by a guy in diamond armor

Ninja zombies that fell from a "story" in a cave I was mining in.

Jumped down a ravine, forgot I had left my feather-falling at my base.

Fell into the void

I started a Hardcore world on superflat, and was immediately assaulted by a giant slime. I walked backwards, only to run into two other slimes. The villagers did nothing...

In the nether trying to make a bridge down because my portal spawned in a cave high above lava,as i was going back to my cobble ladder,a ghast shot at me and destroyed the netherrack under me,resulting in falling into lava.

I walked from very far exploration towards my home, when suddenly there was a hole in the ground that I didn't see coming, I fell through it very deep, and died. And I had no idea where I was so still don't know where all the precious stuff I dropped is :sad.gif:

Sprinting away from creeper at full speed......found huge ravine I didn't know was there, then as I fall land on a random ledge which leads to a mine entrance, creeper number two sees me. I run screaming off the edge again and luckily a lava pool caught me! Lava 1 Creeper 0.

Let's see...how did I last die? I was digging within a tunnel right about to grab a good set of diamonds when a creeper spawned in behind me and blew me up (While I had full iron armor on) and not only took out the diamonds, but blew a hole into the floor enough for me to fall down a good 30 blocks or so into a pool of lava which was small so I managed to just make it out of that with one heart left only to look up and have a skeleton snipe me from a ledge slightly above me and take me right out with one shot.
