Well not that long ago i was gathering some wood in my singleplayer world on the side of a cliff and a creeper blew up, LAUNCHED me off the cliff, and a skeleton shot me in mid air! i was like WHHHAAA? HOWWWW????
My noob moment is when i found a giant lavafall, and then started punching the stone to get the stream to go into some caves. i died around 20 times before i found out i could make a pickaxe.
Just the other day=> Spent about ten minutes in an underground ravine saying to myself "this is dangerous. I should leave" Got dive-bombed by a creeper and thrown into lava. First death in a very long running single player survival world.
Because Craftville has MyPets, I decided that I'll catch a chicken. Unfortunately, I have no choice since I cannot find any chickens, so I chose to catch a creeper instead. When I tried to hurt him with lead, he exploded before I can hit him again. And I died, but I didn't lose my inventory! Wow, what a stupid death from a Creeper.
After that, I only caught a spider.
EDIT: I got a really stupid death. I was talking to Nerokin on Craftville and I was looking up to see the moon. A creeper came upon me and it exploded right at me! I died once again, and lost $1 from Towny.
EDIT 2: I was typing underwater talking to Zam904 and Nerokin in Craftville. I drowned even before I could finish typing "Is the colored nickname for VIPs?" It was written as "Is the colored text"
When I was caving, I was going back down, and I saw two holes—one with lava at the bottom, the other, stone. Guess which one I picked even though the other half of my brain was telling the other half not to do it?

Alright, it happend yesterday.
I was playing with a friend of mine, we were on hardcore.
We were running from zombies likes there's no tommorow, I started digging below me, to build a cave for safety, had some torches, so yeah.
I was safe till he came down with like.. uhm...
7 zombies that were following him..
We both died :|
I was once playing on this server with a multiple worlds plugin. The three worlds were Town, which was a safe haven where everyone had a 60x60 lot to build on, the Wild, which was a normal MC world other than the protected area near spawn where mobs aren't allowed and no one can break anything, and the Nether, which was basically a Nether-y Wild.
I was in the Wilderness near nighttime, and decided to take refuge in this HUGE castle someone had built for the night. I was taking a look at the surrounding scenery ...
and my shift key decided not to work. This was about a 40-60 block fall, so I died upon hitting the ground.
So I run over there again. It's a fair distance away from spawn (or, rather, the west/east outpost, I can't remember which,) so I got there with probably barely enough time before my stuff despawned. And I had a full suit of Iron Armor and a bit of loot. And this was during the nighttime, so I had to fight off all sorts of things on my way there, I got there with 1/2 heart left. And then I hear an arachnid of doom.
I die seconds after reclaiming my stuff.
Luckily, I managed to get back in time and duck in the castle next time I got there.
Let’s play good guys against bad guys… Yes. Let’s play that. Are you ready? You’re the bad guy. And when you’re bad, you just run. That’s fine right? Well… Shall we play?
I was playing on a Factions PvP server, and we were going to raid a base, so i had the bright idea for them to shoot me out of the cannon instead of a tnt projectile. Long story short, our trajectory was 5 blocks off, and I missed their window.... And landed in the ravine next to their house...

The problem with the truth, is that it never lies.
Well once I was trying to dig straight up to escape a neverending mineshaft underneath my manor. Of all the things I dug up underneath was a zombie dungeon. I couldn't pin down an exact number, but there was about 15 or so of them. They all fell into the hole I was in and killed me within 5 seconds.
