I was farming and feeding my Chickens and Sheeps as i heard a zombie pigman's sound... The nether portal is at the 3 floor of my house. When I went there i saw a zombie pigman right inside the circle of the portal frame! Then he started to walk and came to the last floor where i killed him. I want to clear that he did not spawn near the portal, he teleported from the nether to the overworld... So my question is will the other zombie pigman will also become aggresive to me?
When a Nether portal block in the Overworld receives a block tick, there is a small chance (1/2000 on Easy, 2/2000 on Normal, and 3/2000
on Hard) it will spawn a zombie pigman on the portal frame beneath it. If a zombie pigman spawned in this way does not leave the portal it
spawns on, there is a possibility it will teleport to the nether.
This behavior can be utilized to produce an overworld gold farm, but (short of deactivating the posrtal when not in use) cannot be blocked.
When killing the ones that spawn one should be carful a hostile pigman doesn't go through the portal.
Fighting them a few blocks away and making sure there isn't a second one 'behind' the portal are recommended precautions.
It can also be a good idea to fence (or otherwise enclose) each portal.

Nothing can "teleport" from the nether in SSP, because the nether is unloaded unless you are there.
Zombie Pigmen spawn in nether portals. It's really as simple as that.
And no, killing one in the overworld will not agro the ones in the nether.
