I'm playing Minecraft and I noticed a LOT of zombies coming for me. I have no idea what to do. I'm too scared to do it. What can I do?

you put torches around the spawner and then the zombies stop spawning,or you could go to peaceful and back to easy,normal,or hard
again then the zombies will disappear until more spawn.If there are know spawners make sure you have armor and a good sword.
