i got my first legit melon seeds from an abandoned mine, a few minutes ago, and possessed the most iron blocks i ever had in all my time while playing survival: 17blocks, ALL LEGIT
My first house, made from dirt.
Before that, a natural cave that was not modified in any way, not even doors or torches. I was a noob. That was back in alpha.
well here's a first that i just got done with.... - I was out filling in a map for my main area and ended up going off the bottome of the map right when it turned night - so i tried to navigate by the moon and coast, but never got back on my map - sun came out and again i tried to find my way back on the map but by the time it was night again i was still lost - i figured that if i went off the map south, that using the moon and heading north would get me back on the map so i kept pushing my little boat forward.
by daylight, I realized that i was hopelessly lost in the middle of a vast ocean. - not knowing what to do i figured I'ld just drown myself and respan back in bed - jumped out of the boat and sank to the bottom. while there i started to dig down whilst i drownded, then after i got down a bit i put a block above my head so i could drown in the hole - but all the water dried up and i was fine again.
so i broke #1 rule and dug straight down, and somehow made it all the way to bedrock without incident. so then I started a branch mine just to see if i could get enough mat's to make a compuss and sure enough found tons of iron and redstone - made the compass, dug myself a staircase back up to the bottom of the ocean - swam up, right next to my boat and spent three days finding my way back to base - finishing up the map along the way.
not a very exciting story, but first time i got so lost and found my way back home.
I found my first spider jockey in Beta 1.4 (been playing since Alpha 1.0.15ish) and it was outside my house. My newfound wolf killed the spider and was able to push the skeleton into a nearby lava lake.
I saw my first spider jockey when using my music disc trap. I absolutely destroyed it with a stone sword and no armor.
The first time I went to the end, I was building a cobblestone bridge to the main island, and my brother was supposedly keeping watch on the enderdragon, which plowed through the bridge and sent us into the void.
Made my first fire place in my recently completed wooden house a while back. I went down to the stone basement to smelt some ore and stone. Needless to say when I cam back up my entire house was either one fire or gone. This was before fire got nerfed, which made it especially bad.
So I was working on this really cool resource pack a while ago, but bad progress nonwithstanding, I think I found something much better... I'm probably gonna never release another custom Minecraft map.Until we meet again...
I agroed 35 Enderman and killed the dragon all at the same time.

I remember my first diamonds... I found three of them...
I then proceeded to try and mine them with a stone pickaxe...
I got mad when I found out that you cant do that...
I then got mad and jumped into lava...
I never got those diamonds....
