When i first played Minecraft i got this cool world i played it for a while then i saw a bunch of wolves near my house i tried to exit my house but i didn't have a chance to do it because of them entering and following me everywhere (the wolves was not my pet) so i decided to move somewhere i packed my stuff and leaved my house. Again they keep on following me i have no choice but to kill them with a creeper and turning the difficulty into hard. After 5 mins of searching for mobs, i did not see a single mob even a pig! I was hungry and my choice was to kill them one-by-one underwater. Unfortunately i forgot to place a door for me to breathe in so i drowned and lost all my stuff. I deleted the world and created another one.
That was the story of my first world. So? what's your story
Didnt get excited from it anymore.
Built a new one with lots of space.
Lots of space.
SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE
THEN I LOST THAT WORLD AND TOOK A WORLD FROM A DIFFERENT COMP ONTO THIS ONE
I started my first world in Beta 1.7.3. Single player survival to start, then discovered mods, and MCedit and many fun tools! I have hundreds of hours of play time in it. Of course there are chunk errors from the updates to the biomes, but they're far enough out that I can't see them from my main play area. My sons and I have passed the world save back and forth, so they've had a little fun with it.
I still play it - mostly in bursts every couple months when I get creative. It seems all my best builds go into that world, and my survival worlds are mostly stuff in chests I hoard lol.
I started way back in alpha, and since back then everyone was paranoid about creepers, I built a 3 high obsidian wall around my house. Basically, I spent a lot of time messing around doing nothing but still got some pretty epic things. Like digging a tunnel through a mountain, and coming out under a huge overhang facing an ocean. Ah, how idyllic. Still have the world actually.
I already knew the basic things you have to do because I watch TobyGames. After creating my world, I found a village and lived there for a while. I didn't know about beds, so when I died, I didn't know how to get back. I wandered the world and made a small bunker my friend told me about beds, so I had one there. One day I decided to move out and find a better area. I foolishly took my bed with me, thinking my spawn point would stay the same. That night, a creeper and skeleton co-op team killed me. I wandered the world again. This time I found a small river at the edge of a forest and mountain biome. I made a small dirt hut floating on the river there, then learned about farming. I made a small farm, then I found melons and pumpkins. My farm became huge, with a lot of wheat and some pumpkins and melons. My dirt hut eventually turned into a strange lumpy cobblestone castle with a small indoor farm in case of emergency. I went mining and got many stacks of iron and gold. I only found two diamonds in a mineshaft chest. I have never been to the Nether on that world, and I still play on it.
I used to cheat in my first world (i remember it was alpha) i was building in snow biome the house with bricks. I don't really know what happened to this world, my computer broke and i lost everything, this save too.
I would want to see it again. :|
I was in a snow biome with wolves everywhere. I built a house out of logs and a whole corner dedicated to one torch. I went mining and couldn't really find iron. (Which was my main goal) So I went adventuring trying to find a better location for shelter and I kept running into my old house. I never did find iron and I just deleted my world for a better one.
Built my first house atop a huge cliff, made it out of wood because I could. After a while, I decided to go out and collect some lava I had seen. Brought it back to my house, threw it in a 2X2 cobblestone thing, and proceeded to watch my house burn down because of it.
Packed that up, wandered for a little bit, then found my houses current location. A nice little island surrounded by mountains. Built up a house on it, slowly but surely I started to completely separate my island home from the mainland, then built a lava moat around it. It was there I discovered the glitch to make lava flow through water.
Slowly, over the years I've had that world, I have added about 6 vertical floors to the house, have an absolutely huge underground mineshaft, an old style mob grinder, a huge forest on the mainland around my house, and I've even rebuilt my old house, and added a sky rail system from my spawn to the old house, to my new house. I've gone every way in the nether, and because of it I've got access to everything that has been added to the spawning system, including an empty village that I use as my HQ, with a huge cave underneath that I have made into a massive room. I have several areas that I traveled to with the soul purpose of mining diamonds, and as such have acquired well over 100. I have a vault in my house that contains well over 1000 iron made into blocks.
And I have exactly 1 dog, because they don't spawn in Alpha chunks, and I don't have anything even relatively close to go to that can spawn them.
So ya, thats my main world, my first world, and probably my last world. I just haven't grown tired of it.

That sounds likes my current world. It's the 3rd world I've made in Minecraft and have been playing it ever since. I live on a beach I call Crater Beach with tons of buildings and I'm rich with materials.
started in beta 1.2, first thing i did was try to make a spear with flint and a stick. started to make dirt home ( i had no idea how to play mc then and never watched anybody play it) then died to a creeper and had a near heart attack, then i spent 5 hours digging to bedrock with my fists, where i then made my home. being paranoid of monsters that came out of caves i make defence measures. fast forward a few months and i made a huuuuuuugggeeee castle and then i got a PC virus then i moved to this laptop. unable to recover my lost world.
I spawn on the edge of a forest, a small plain, and extreme hills.
Fast-forwarding to noon: Collecting stone in the VERY CLOSE revaine. Has Heart-attack when zombie pops out and goes splat on revaine floor.
Fast-Forwarding to night: IN my tree-house (Just took tiny tree and put dirt around bottom), I start to see purple snowflakes. I climb to the roof, see enderman, and go "GOD! IT"S FREAKING SLENDERMAN!!!" Knowing they teleport behind you, I slowly approached with my sword of wood, and clicked. The enderman was gone. Me: "I AM INVINCIBLE!!!!" and I go on a killing spree. After running home with 1/2 a heart and several craters around me, I look through my door and see the enderman, staring at me through the forest, most likely going "Why the heck did that person just failed at suicide?"
Since that day, I only go outside if I have an iron sword and leather gear (Day&Caves don't count)
Now, since the computer wipe, I miss that world dearly. I just wish to see that pile of krap I called a tree-house.
My avatar-Madison Gotha. She knows various weapons, she's a mage/sage, and is somewhat immortal. Madison has the capability of taming and communicating monsters, a genetic trait passed down by her father. 26 physically, 1400-something mentally, and a Lofty Peakian/Zenithian mix. Doesn't really like being called an elf and hates being called human..
I might be Moderator, but don't bother treating me too special. And don't make tons of Ban Hammer jokes, please. Also, I'm an Off-Topic only Mod. Don't ask me to lock a thread or something if it's not in the off-topic
In my first world I dug down into the Void to see what was there and died. Then I flew around and made a bunch of random stuff until I started itching to play on a fresh new seed. I could go into a lot more detail, but I'm already bored.

"Sometimes, I just wanna give up, say 'I'm done with this mess' and go to bed. But you know what; you can't shrug off your responsibilities. You got to pull yourself up and meet the challenges head on. That's the only way you're gonna get ahead in life."
In my first world I had a little shack and a fairly medium sized mine, I found a few diamonds in it and made a pickaxe out of it. At that time though I never knew not to dig straight down deep underground. So I fell in lava and deleted it. I still kind of miss the place.
My first world was in Beta 1.7.3, i spawned in a forested hill, walked around, there was this little valley with a forest in the back and an open area in the middle and front, there was a 5x5 or smth like that stone flat, with a 3 or 4 blocks wall, with a cave beside and another below, made my hole and started exploring, i headed down the valley, there were some trees beside a lake, some sugar cane, and THE cave, i went WAY down to the lava level, i found a crap ton of stuff, fell in lava quite some times, lost the usual diamonds, managed to make a diamond sword, then after scouting around the lake i went to land near the cave that became my mine, there was a skeleton waiting for me, i died, respawned, rushed back to the site, died again, sleeped on my bed, awoke the next day, got everything i had, EVERYTHING, except for the sword, then i made a gold sword later, fell in lava a last time, and deleted the world, now i regret doing it, i was planning of using a terrain gen mod and creating beta 1.7 worlds till i got that world again, i would be so happy with that

I found a village after a friend told me about this wonderful thing called seeds! and lived comfortably there until they added sieges, where zed break down doors (i had gotten cocky so i was on hard) after some fighting in the street i was backed into a church with the rest of the survivors, seeing no other way to go, i popped some TNT down to buy time, then climbed the ladder, found the side where i would fall farthest, and jumped to my death, i now live as a hermit in a cave
I started in 1.6.6, a week or two before 1.7, I believe. My friend was over at my house and he introduced me to Minecraft. He started showing me how to do everything, and then he told me huge scary monsters would come out an night. By the time it was mid-day, I was freaking out and told him to make a house or something. We made a tiny dirt hut and dug straight down for about 5 blocks and made an underground home. Every time I saw a mob, I screamed. xD We had a library, a tree farm, a fishing pond, a farm, and a mine.
I still have the world. I can't really play it though because of nostalgia overload. I still have a back-up of my 1.7.3 .jar aswell. Thank goodness. ^-^

I think Herobrine did it
Anyway, I stupidly deleted my first world, thinking I'd never want to play it again. Never recovered it.
