conundrums of philosophy. I solve practical problems."
Hey, I like gold armor. Once you can get to zombie pigmen, it's like a middle spot between worthless leather and virtually non-renewable iron.

"Sometimes, I just wanna give up, say 'I'm done with this mess' and go to bed. But you know what; you can't shrug off your responsibilities. You got to pull yourself up and meet the challenges head on. That's the only way you're gonna get ahead in life."
But how do you get Chain armor? I've never seen anyone find it before.
Chain armor was impossible to get without inventory mods in survival. Now It's possible to trade it for emeralds to blacksmiths NPC. And I don't think It's worth it.

Iron is renewable if you make an iron golem farm or a zombie trap. Even if not, the game has an ABSURD number or iron ores spread. Enough to make armor and tools for an everlasting gameplay. If you have problems finding Iron in your map, you should try branchmining or mining a few chunks away from where you usually mine. It's safer, easier, cleaner, and faster than farming gold from pigmen, which are always a pain.

What I'll be wearing when I sit on my throne made of diamond blocks, looking down at the rabble from on high.
EDIT: Wielding my diamond hoe as a scepter.

Gold is crap armor. Don't even bother making it, and if you find it, don't wear it. I'd rather wear chain armor.
Couldn't have said it better.
