i have recently read a thread about surface diamonds and i couldn't find it true or fake so i decided to to search it up. but sadly i couldn't find anything usefull so i was hoping you guys could tell me if its possible to find diamod on the surface
It's fake. Diamonds spawn below level 16. Some exeptions though. Very rare occasions would they spawn any higher than that, and even then they wouldn't spawn at the surface.

Actually, yes it can happen, if a long ravine gets loaded sky high then I guess you could say they are "surface" diamonds?
Sure it's possible. The bottom of a really deep ravine that's open to sky is technically the surface. But if it's level 15, hey lookit them diamonds!
Unless someone has pics of said occurrence I'm doubtful. I've never experienced a ravine that was open to the sky that went deep enough to expose diamonds. The wiki says that they can be 30-50 blocks deep (seems like a generalization). 64 minus 50 does equal 14, but if possible I'm betting that is extremely rare.

kekkiest kek ever kekked
But not really
And I don't need to repeat the other few people who replied to this, but they don't appear on the surface (Level 64 = surface)
What a useless signature...

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
EDIT: I thought diamonds can spawn at 18 and below... hmm
