Iron golems only spawn in villages with more than 15 villagers. Just build a small wall around the village to keep the zombies away and light up the inside so they don't spawn in there. Build some golems if you like but it shouldn't matter that much.

Well all you need to do is use dirt or anything else to build a 2-block high wall around the village so zombies can't get in. Then eventually put torches inside and around it to keep them safe.
Depending on what type of biome you spawned in, you should be able to collect wood fairly easy thus being able to build a crafting table and a fence around the village.

That would help, so that might be a good solution.

I'm still using Windows 7.
I said this. Two days later, my computer's motherboard melted down and I had to get a new one with Windows 8.
On normal mode and below, zombies can't break doors. Layering the floor around the village with slabs should stop a siege and then fence off everything not slabbed.

To keep the zombies from getting your villagers, make sure their houses are lit up inside so the zombies don't spawn there. Zombies can't open doors (though they can break them down on hard) so the villagers should be mostly safe inside their homes at night (sometimes they will open the door and let a zombie in by accident.) Lighting up the outsides of the homes couldn't hurt either, to prevent spawns nearby. If you're really worried about it, you can build a fence or 2-high wall all around the village to keep anything from getting in.
Iron golems will spawn naturally near the center of a village if it has at least 21 "houses" (*) and at least 16 villagers. They can also be constructed by the player by placing four iron blocks in a T-shape and then placing a pumpkin or jack-o-lantern on top.
*a "house" is defined as a wooden door with an "inside" and an "outside." The "inside" is the side which has more "roof" blocks than the other. A "roof" block is an opaque block at any height not lower than the door, within five blocks horizontally in the two directions it faces, and whose topside is exposed to sunlight during the day.
See the link in my sig for lots more info on villages and their inhabitants.
Either kill them yourself or trap them.
Also if you want to trap them but go out then make gates. They can't use them or ladders (though pigs, sheep and basically anything else can) Here's how you make them:
Why don't you just go on peaceful?

I offer you advice in the form of criticism. You may follow it, or ignore me in a naive and blissful state.

I believe villagers can use ladders. One got into my slime farm which is only accessed by a 1 block wide laddered drop. Maybe they can't go up them but they can definitely go down.
the irongolems spawn in villages at night? or i need to spawn them?
Build Iron Golems.
Fight them yourself.
And Iron Golems only spawn if your village has enough villagers (i.e. big enough).
i cant do such a thing in my first survival day

You think magic isn't real? Consider this: for every person, there is a sentence -- a series of words -- which has the power to destroy them.

In sieges, zombies will spawn in full light level

wrong, zombies can also spawn inside the village even if there's a wall there.
