And maybe a few buttons and/or levers on the wood planks
Refrigerator: Iron block/wool/stone slabs with iron door (the wool=iron door) And you can also put a button or lever on the side of the iron bock, wool, or stone slab so you can "open" it. If you want a really complicated fridge, put a dispenser filled with food that can be activated whenever you push/pull the lever of button.
Chairs are easy, stair(s) with signs for armrests and so are tables, just fences with a pressure pad on top.
For a sink, you can either just use a cauldron or a redstone contraption that you can easily make. Just make a lever next to a place that can be filled with water, have a water source block which is blocked by a piston so that it won't flow into the sink, and each time you pull the lever, the piston retracts and water flows into the sink basin.
Potted plant: Just a dirt block (preferably one with grass on it), or sand, for sugarcane and cacti, with trapdoors or signs on the side to act as the pot.
Chandeliers: They can be as simple as a glowstone block hanging from a fence or two, or big fence designs adorned with torches to light up a big room. You can also make lamps with the redstone-powered lamp blocks.
Hope this helps!
I wish whoever makes the updates would add some real furniture that you could actually sit in, it would be cool to sit down in a chair over a table, wolfing down pork and bread.
