Today I'll be showing a machine that farms end stone and torches!
The way this farm works is by collecting the torches and the end stone blocks that are apart of the Exit End Portal. Every time the exit end portal is generated it will make a fountain shape bedrock formation with 4 torches around the center and with 16 end stone under the bedrock rim. There are several ways to make the exit end portal regenerate its structure. The most common way is to place down 4 new ender crystals at its base. But the way I have it regenerate is by making the dragon get deleted from within the game. The way I do this is by using precise timing while the ender dragon is summoned into the game, so that once it spawns it is transported away from the main island using entity processing chunk loaders. Once the dragon is 12 chunks away from 0,0 the game will see that there is no dragon near 0,0 and will summon in a new dragon 1 minute later at 0,0 as well as regenerate the exit end portal structure. The old dragon will be deleted during this process.
Now that the exit end portal is be regenerated every 1 minute I then build a farm around the portal. There is 2 machines, one that removes the torches and another that removes the end stone. The torches are removed using a cobble generator and a water stream. Once the torches fall off they are washed towards some hopper carts which will put them into chest. The end stone is pulled away from the bedrock base and then push back underneath the bedrock fountain. In the center is a wither which is stuck in the exit end portal bedrock formation. The end stone is pushed into the wither which will break the blocks since he is being damage from suffocating in the bedrock. There is water streams that end the items in a hopper. To prevent the wither from dying there are a bunch of witches underneath the wither who are aggro towards each other and are throwing damage potions at each other. The way that the witches are being aggro'd is by a snowman who is shooting them. But when the witches try to throw potions back at the snowman they end up hitting the ceiling and hurting themselves.
With a player loading these chunks it is possible to have this farm run indefinitely while still stay automated. This farm produces about 15 stacks of end stone and 240 torches per hour. Enjoy!

We'd be drinking margaritas on Mars right now if King Ray worked for NASA instead of on redstone Rube Goldberg machines in Minecraft.
