Herobrine is a mythical person in Minecraft who is said to haunt the players even in Singleplayer, apparently, it's not true and you can only see Herobrine if you download a mod, he has white eyes and has the skin of the Old Steve.

Maybe something with alchemy, or something in The End, or maybe even something to do with the credits.
I don't think the interview had been posted anywhere yet, but it be nice to see exactly what Notch said, because this could be just a story that got stretched just so IGN could post an article.

"While all the recipes have been discovered, Notch says there is still something secret in the game nobody has discovered yet"
What I'm thinking so far:
-It's not a secret recipe, Notch stated that.
-The '-removed herobrine' could be a clue in each update. I know Herobrine is a legend made up by someone on the forum then turned into a mod, but maybe Notch did add a little secret linked to him, knowing that because of all of the 'he's not real!' going along on the forums and in the game he could of slipped him in (or something linked to him, more likely) without anyone knowing. The '-removed herobrine' could be a major clue.
-A secret seed? A seed that Notch implemented in the code right under our noses that spawns in a weird world or something.
-Thinking through all of the un-used items, maybe it has something to do with the dragon egg, or sponge or something?
-He could be trollin' us.

On the Wiki it says, "As of Minecraft update 1.1, all of the discs except for "11" can be obtained in dungeons, strongholds and dropped by Creepers killed by Skeletons"
The secret is quite simple. Put a zombie on a fence gate and it'll do the Thriller dance.

-Disc 11
My bet is on Disc 11, it is currently unobtainable in survival (or is it?)
and it attracts Endermen in the rainEdit: It doesn't attract Endermen they teleport to get out of the rain. It was a coincedence.
Disc 11 is obtainable in survival as of 1.1.
I'm finally back. See profile for details.
I don't think so.
