so today i was in my survival world (which i play it from 2 months) i have best pickaxe (eff 5 unbreaking 3 fortune 3) and best sword ever (sharp 5 looting 3) and diamond armor and everything
so i went to the end i bringed everything to kill the dragon but when i entered the end i saw 2 dragons i think its bugg because youtubers when they play minecraft i see they only fight 1 dragon but for me i saw 2 dragons flying and trying to kill me i killed one of them i got the xp and run away after it i wanted to quit the end i just fell out of the world and i died and the world was hardcore mode... 2 months hard working and bam i died.
You were playing on a game mode that automatically deletes the world if you die, what do you expect us to help you with exactly? And why wouldn't you just use the portal spawned by killing the dragon instead of jumping off the ledge and dying?
Yes i played on that gamemode to remove ur world when you die and the thing is there was so much enderman near the portal and i tryed to go into then and jump in the portal but someone of them hitted me out of the ledge and i died
Something glitched out apparently, and without being able to see a console log of what your game was doing at the time, I can't tell you why it happened, or if it'll happen again. Maybe its a thing with hardcore mode? I've never tried HC so I don't know if they've changed anything other than the permadeath.
I suggest keeping a separate save for these occasions. Yes it's cheating, but if the game throws 2 dragons at once at you, I think you're justified to take your countermeasures.

Yup! Backup your saves. I know some might think that defeats the purpose of hard core mode, but a game glitch is not a legitimate death.
Then again, the dragon is pretty easy to kill, so two of them should not have been a problem. Maybe you did deserve to die.
Out of curiosity, were you playing a snapshot? The dragon is supposed to be regenerated when 1.9 drops... but will that make TWO for people with worlds that haven't killed the dragon yet?
This has happened before in past versions. I could have sworn it might have something to do with saving the game while the fight is still active and when you log back in the game creates another one.
You can even see on the wiki where this has happened down at the very bottom of the ender dragon page:

This can happen if the chunk at 0, 0 gets regenerated for some reason, which is the only way that another dragon can spawn, barring some entity duplication glitch; here is the code that spawns the dragon, which is called when the chunk at 0, 0 gets decorated and it can only get called twice if the same chunk gets decorated twice:
As for what might cause a chunk to regenerate, there are all sorts of ways, ranging from unknown even to Mojang (e.g. see this comment) to crashes or even quitting the world (an issue with the internal server and client not being synchronized properly; actually, I suspect this is a major cause of mysterious chunk corruption, as I mentioned in this post). I've even come across newly generated chunks that appeared to regenerate halfway through chunk generation (e.g. see the first screenshot here, note the odd shape of the undecorated area, which is an "L" shape (instead of a square).

This would be chunk 0,0 in the End I presume?
Is this chunk 0,0 in the Overworld? What happens if the spawnchunks are maximally far from the origin, maybe with a low render distance and the player never goes near the origin, couldn't they go to the End and find that there is no dragon? How many chunks are loaded? Is it exactly to the render distance or a bit further?
How far from the origin can the world spawn point be? I think I remember a world where it was about 400 blocks away?
Boy, did I ever wish I had written down my coordinates before running off exploring! (I never thought of making a compass.)

Normally yes, but you can also make a Superflat world with the biome set to "End" and a dragon will spawn there as well; this code is within the biome decorator for the End (each biome has its own biome decorator which adds in biome-specific features; most of them actually use the same one with different parameters set).
Also, as for your other questions (even though you crossed them out) you can go to the End and not have the dragon appear immediately since you always spawn (the obsidian platform) at 100, 50, 0, so a render distance of less than around 8 chunks will place it outside of the entity activation range, which is 2 chunks less than the render distance (entities require a 5x5 chunk area to be loaded in order to be active. This also gives you a clue as to why mob spawning messes up on lower render distances; they can't despawn prior to the 128 block (8 chunk) instant despawn radius unless at least 10 chunks are loaded). Note that regardless of how low render distance is the game keeps a 17x17 area of chunks loaded, but "inactive" (as seen with a 3rd party mapping utility; this also allows maps, which have a 128 block update radius, to work properly).
World spawn is usually within 256 blocks of 0, 0, biased towards the south due to how the game checks for a "valid" biome, checking a 512x512 block area from north-south (just the biome map, without generating any actual chunks) and using the last randomly selected point found (the chance decreases as more valid points are found) with a valid biome (plains, forest, taiga, jungle, and their x-hills, but not any other variants; this has been unchanged since 1.6.4) and a grass block at y=63 or higher.
If the biome check fails (you'll see the warning "unable to find spawn biome" in the game output) the game will then check up to 1000 random points (unlike the biome check chunks are actually generated) for grass blocks (an easy way to do this is to make a Superflat world), which can easily place spawn over 1000 blocks away from 0, 0. Note that this occurs on default Superflat worlds (plains, so a valid biome) because the game only checks an elevation of y=63 or higher (64 at feet level) for grass blocks and at least one check is always done regardless of whether the biome check succeeded; the "Overworld" preset works normally.
Here is part of the spawn point-finding code:
List var3 = var2.getBiomesToSpawnIn();
Random var4 = new Random(this.getSeed());
BlockPos var5 = var2.findBiomePosition(0, 0, 256, var3, var4);
int var6 = 0;
int var7 = this.provider.getAverageGroundLevel();
int var8 = 0;
if (var5 != null)
{
var6 = var5.getX();
var8 = var5.getZ();
}
else
{
logger.warn("Unable to find spawn biome");
}
int var9 = 0;
while (!this.provider.canCoordinateBeSpawn(var6, var8))
{
var6 += var4.nextInt(64) - var4.nextInt(64);
var8 += var4.nextInt(64) - var4.nextInt(64);
++var9;
if (var9 == 1000)
{
break;
}
}
this.worldInfo.setSpawn(new BlockPos(var6, var7, var8));
Also, since the game adds up to +/- 63 for each step this means that in theory spawn could be up to 63 * 1000 = 63000 blocks away from the origin although that won't ever occur (the chance of every set of random calls being 63, 0 or 0, 63 is 64^2000).
Guys i was playing on latest snapshot of 1.9 and i was having diamond armor and everything without bow and i said ''Im done its 2 dragons'' and i ended by dieing

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
