I agree with you, liquids should be like they are in djoslin's liquid mod. Infinite source blocks of water just don't seem normal, although in some cases its useful for scaling large heights or descending them.
I would like more dimensions/editing of Nether and The End (ESPECIALLY the End)
This is my personal opinion, but i would love for Minecraft to have multiple different
dimensions, all having LOTS of unique different aspects to them.
The End, i think, has a lot of potential to be a very VERY scary place, with even worse
monsters.
If they did more with this, i'd be happy! lol

"More fun than a barrel of monkeys." Has anyone ever stopped to think how cranky, if not downright vicious, a barrelful of monkeys would be, especially once released from the barrel? -Tom Shales
I would like the height increased, and while not a change, the mod API installed so I can all my mods in minecraft easily! And the old sounds, I mean that new damage sound gives me nightmares.
What do you think?
What one thing would you like to see changed?
Yah i miss the old TnT sound and the old eating sound =/
+1 if you agree!
Old Explosion: Boom... I'm an explosion...
New Explosion: BOOM I'M GO BLOW YOU AND YOUR ENTIRE WORLD UP.
Depends on which of the older generations you mean. I think they have defiantly improved in some areas.
To give us 512 mountain heights would not be good news for old computers that can barely run Minecraft as they are.
And proper mountains with snow on top would be somewhat difficult to do, considering if you look at the new beaches...

Where's the coral? Where are the fish?!
And what the hell happened to beaches?
I disapprove.
This will begin the revitalization of Minecraft.
